Well, this is also me! The guy on the right.

This is, kind of, my run for freedom and the “post lockdown” look on the way from Europe to Africa, where I am staying these days.

I’ve been instructing, training, and coaching people since 1991, that’s for over 30 years now, helping them break barriers and reclaim their health, strength, and confidence. Over the years, I’ve worked with men from all walks of life, guiding them through powerful transformations.
